1) Study of product mix planned for the project, expected water consumption & validate quantum of total effluent generated and raw effluent characteristics for combined effluent.
2) To suggest and propose a suitable ETP scheme which is Energy efficient and based on proven technologies for treatment of similar type of Dairy effluent. Workout the detailed ETP scheme with capital, operation and maintenance cost along with expected revenue while using the Bio gas.
1) To prepare submit a detailed report on the treatment with their capital investment, area required, operating and maintenance costs, performance reliability, variation in loads, ease of operations, revenue generated from the bio-gas, other merits and demerits and provide recommendations on the most appropriate technology.
2) To make a techno commercial presentation on above for treatment of combined effluent to Dairy Management and Principle Contracting Agency, etc.
3) Based on the approved scheme, incorporating the comments/requirements of the forum and to finalize the report.
1) Detail schematic drawings for civil works, including Lay-out Plans, Sectional details, Other Details (Excluding Structural Design, however vetting the Dimensional and Level Details.)
2) Detail Component wise Specifications for mechanical and electrical works.
3) Budgetary Estimates for Civil Works and Mechanical Equipments.
4) Formulation of Tender Documents for Mechanical and Electrical works.
5) Technical scrutiny of the quotations received, technical discussions with renderers to finalize the work scope.
1) Provide supervision during periodical site visits during the project execution period. On completion of such site visit , to submit a detailed report on the progress, observations made, recommendations suggested with solutions to the onsite project execution/ design related issues to expedite the project execution.
2) List for required tools, glassware and reagents/chemicals required for the onsite testing of Raw & Treated effluent parameters as per process requirement shall be given. Procedures shall be laid to maintain the necessary log sheets/test records in the desired format.
